GET TO KNOW ME

Life can be a rollercoaster, especially when emotions are involved, this can sometimes be overwhelming. I can provide that safe space, where we can work together to help you achieve your personal goals; this can be to find yourself again, build your confidence up or overcome difficult emotions or events.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and abide by their code of ethics. I have been trained at Leeds Beckett University, which is accredited by the BACP, in the Relational Approach. This encourages the therapy process to revolve around the client and their needs, allowing me to access the knowledge and skills I have gained, to integrate from various therapeutic approaches.
